OMNI-X, Inc. is celebrating its 25th year anniversary this year. The family owned business has grown from a three man operation into the largest manufacturer of tube bending tools, with manufacturing locations in Colorado, the Czech Republic and Mexico. In addition we are in the initial stages of establishing manufacturing locations in the expanding markets of India and China, with a target startup date of 2015. With our current three locations we are able to provide localized service and products on a global scale.

Since 1987 we have specialized in the design and manufacture of consumable mandrels and wiper dies, as well as simple and complex multi stack compound bending dies. Serving all industries, including automotive, aerospace, HVAC, shipyard, furniture and others, we provide solutions to any bending challenge for any size or shape tube/pipe and for any make/model tube bender. In addition to our time tested and innovative designs we assist with process development, vendor managed inventory and consulting. We continuously strive to improve our processes, customer service and overall value to the customer so that we exceed their expectations.

OMNI-X USA would like to announce the promotion of Mr. Scott Mitchell to the position of President. Scott has been an integral part of our team for the past five years performing exceptionally in a wide variety of areas in our company during a time of great growth and great challenges. His responsibilities during this time included OHSA/Safety/QC, materials management, production manager, scheduler, GM and COO.

Scott's grasp of our business, management skills, and most importantly his focus on the needs of our customers gives us great confidence in the future of our business and our ability to play a positive role in the success of our customers. In his new position Scott will preside over our OMNI-X USA facility.

End Forming Tools - back on the menu at OMNI-X!

Due to recent customer demand, OMNI-X is making I/O, C, and R Type tools for 3" end forming machines. OMNI-X has made substantial investments in new equipment to facilitate the most efficient and precision manufacturing process for producing all three styles of tools, and with our in-house capabilities in heat treating, can ensure the same durability that benders around the world have come to enjoy from our rotary-draw bend tooling. New-Serrated split center links bring a design which evenly distributes the load bearing function of the center link in the most effective design available on the market to date.
