Troubleshooting ( Numbers correspond to numbers on OMNI-X Troubleshooting wall chart )

• 1. Hump at the end of the bend
  • adjust mandrel
• 2. Wiper Die related problems
  • 2 WD adjust rake less
  • 2 WD too far from tangent
• 5. Wrinkles in Wiper Die area. Pressure Die is too loose.
  • 5 PD loose
• 9. Big wrinkles or crease at beginning of bend
  • 9 CD slippage
• 10. Tool marks in bend area
  • 10 12 verticle adjustment
