Precision rotary draw tube bender with hydraulic clamping

The OMNI-X X32HC precision tube bender is based on our popular X32H model bender and is designed for medium to higher production tube bending down to 1 x O.D. (1D). It is a versatile easy to use bender that features a simple tool mounting configuration for quick and easy tooling changes. Tooling adapters may be made to accommodate other model tube benders so that you may make prototype bends on the X32H using your existing tools from your other benders. Then, when you go into production you may use these same tools on your production benders.

The digital readout control is programmable for up to 10 programs with 7 bends each. The single bend feature allows the operator to make single bends without doing any programming. The readout also prompts the operator of any errors and provides a step by step programming procedure, making programming very simple.
